Q: What resolution comes out?

0.5K to 2K natively. Drafts are comfortable at 0.5K, finals at 2K. If the frame needs to be bigger — print, a poster, a billboard — hand the result to Grom Pixel: it lifts it to 16K on the long side and up to 100 megapixels.

Q: What does one edit cost?

$0.04 a generation, with no subscription and no monthly fee: you top up a single balance and pay for what you generated. Current prices live in your account.

Q: Can it draw from scratch, with no photo?

It can, but that is not its strong suit: from a blank page Grom Art is the less artistic of the two. For creative text-to-image take Grom Nova — same line, same speed, same price, built for generating from a description.

Q: Can it combine two photographs?

Yes, it accepts two files. The usual case is putting two people from different shots into one frame: the model matches light, scale and perspective on its own, with no masks to paint.

Q: Will it keep a person's face?

That is its whole point. Changing the light, the background, the clothes or the angle doesn't rewrite the features — across a series of generations the person stays themselves. If you do want the face changed, ask for it in the prompt.

Q: What about text in the image?

Short pieces — signs, price tags, numbers — it holds confidently. Longer text is worth checking: at small sizes the letters can wander.

Q: How long does it take?

Seconds. A 0.5K draft comes back almost immediately, which makes trying variants cheaper and faster than composing the perfect prompt on the first go.

Q: Where do my photos go?

Processing runs on our own infrastructure — our servers and rented capacity in data centres. Files are not handed over to third-party model vendors.

A photo editor you drive with words. It removes what you don't want, paints the frame beyond its edges, changes light, angle and style — and leaves the face, the hands and the texture exactly as they were.

Why

An editor, not a generator

Most models draw a picture from scratch. Grom Art does something else: it takes your photograph and changes exactly what you asked for. Everything else stays put — the same face, the same hands, the same weave of the fabric, the same geometry of the room. That is the consistency the model was built for. Remove a stranger from the background and the light and shadows around them don't drift. Turn noon into sunset and the features aren't rewritten. Paint past the edge of the frame and the seam is nowhere to be found. The flip side is honest: Grom Art is no painter. Give it a file and it follows you to the letter; ask it to invent from a blank page and it is merely average. If you want creative text-to-image, take Grom Nova — just as fast and just as cheap, but it works from words rather than from a photograph.

How to work with it

Worth knowing before your first edit

The strength is the input file

JPEG, PNG, WebP from a phone, a camera or an archive. With a source it follows you literally; without one it is noticeably weaker.

Faces and hands survive

Only what you asked for changes: features, fingers and proportions aren't rewritten from one edit to the next.

Say what to leave alone

One sentence holds several edits and several bans: “swap the background, keep the face and the clothes as they are”.

Up to two files at once

Merging: move a person from one shot into another — the model matches the light, the scale and the perspective itself.
